Tea Estates of Assam
Assam is famous all over the world for its exotic tea. There are many tea estates in Assam. However, Tea originated in China and is treated as a Divine Healer. Assam Tea is strong, rich and dark. Various categories of refreshing Tea are English Breakfast Tea (Blend of Ceylon, Indian Assam and Chinese Keemun Tea) and Assam Tea (produced in approximately 35,000 tea estates). It is world's largest tea producing region.

Kopili Estate Special Assam
This estate is named after sacred Kopili River flowing through the Hills of Assam. It is located in Umrangshu and sprawls over an area of 3,000 acres at an elevation of 2,000 feet above sea level. This tea is very relishing owing to its proximity to the Hot water springs.
Williamson Tea Assam Ltd.
This company ranks among top class tea producers. It was established in 1869. Presently there are 17 estates producing 21 million kilos tea for export as well as domestic consumption.
Satrupa Tea Estate
The estate is situated in Upper Assam on the banks of the River Buri-Dihing River. Spreading on an area of 300 acres, Satrupa Estate has got 2.79 millions tea bushes. In the vicinity of the company, there is a tea-producing factory that produces fine quality of traditional as well as modern tea.
