Almora Tours


Located at an altitude of 1,650 m above the sea level, on a five km. long horseshoe shaped ridge-Almora is one of the most beautiful places on the earth. Part of the Kumaon division of Uttaranchal State, Almora is one the most picturesque district of the region. Surrounded by dense fur and pine forests and snowcapped mountain peaks on the distant horizon Almora is surely a scenic charm. Rivers Koshi and Suyal flow through Almora. Many fairs and festivals are also held here all the year round. 1000-year-old NandaDevi Temple is a major tourist attraction here and Nanda Devi fair is held here every year.
